How do I claim?

To request a code please email peopleteam@bca.com.

If you work at Marshall Motor Group, please email colleague.benefits@marshall.co.uk.

Once you have received your code, head to www.cinchstaffdiscount.co.uk, enter your details into the claim form and wait for your staff discount claim to be validated. You will need the unique employee reference number provided to you by your employer, and the order number from your cinch purchase which can be found in your order confirmation email. Once your claim is validated then the staff discount will normally be paid within 28 days. Please see the full T&Cs here and Promotion Privacy Notice here.

When can I purchase a car to participate?
Valid purchases made between 13/11/2020 and closes on the dates set out in the full T&Cs.
How long do I have to claim?
You have 60 days from the date of purchase to claim your staff discount.
What cars is the staff discount valid on?
Any car purchased directly through cinch.co.uk site for home delivery or collection, paid in full, or PCP/HP finance.
How long do I have to wait to claim?
You can claim at any time after purchasing a car and up to 60 days after purchasing.

Your discount will not be considered for approval until after the 14-day money back guarentee window has passed.
Can I claim more than once?
No, you can only claim the staff discount once for each qualifying purchase. You are eligible for 10 unique staff discount codes to use yourself or share with friends and family.
How long will it take for the money to be in my account?
Your claim will normally be approved within 28 days. Bank payouts may take a further 14 days, subject to your bank's terms and conditions.
Where do I find my unique employee reference number?
This can be found in the email that was sent to you by your employer advertising the staff discount, alternatively you will need to request your unique employee number from your HR department.
Where do I find my cinch order number?
This can be found in your order confirmation email, which is sent to you immediately after making a purchase online at www.cinch.co.uk
Can I give the offer to my friends or family?
Yes, you may share your staff discount codes with family members and friends.
I claimed my staff discount and have not heard anything?
Oh no! Have you checked your junk or spam email folders? If you cannot find any communication from us, then please send your query to query@cinchstaffdiscount.co.uk and one of our advisors will be happy to help.
My unique employee code is not valid. What should I do?
